Job Description:
Oklahoma Facility Services is an exciting, fast paced, growing company. We are locally owned and based in Tulsa, OK.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Lot Sweeper Operator. This candidate will assist in providing sweeper service to our commercial clientele in retail establishments. The sweeper operator is vital in delivering high quality service each night to our customers to keep their lots clean and free of trash.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting and work on a set as well as flexible work schedule
- Exhibit professionalism and courtesy to customers as the face of the lot sweeping division
- Sweep designated lots each night
- Blowing trash and debris away from the store front and curb areas so the sweeper can accurately pick up the debris
- Keep Truck in clean working condition
- Utilize technology via phone or tablets to complete service tickets and notate times on site
- Other misc duties
Hiring Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver's License
- Minimum 1 Year of Sweeper Truck Operator Experience
- Ability to Diagnose any issues with the truck and communicate with management
- Self Motivated and Responsible
- Must have Time Management Skills
- Must be a Team Player as well as able to work Independently
